Refund policy
Napa Technology Return & Cancellation Policy
This Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of the WineStation models. By placing an order, Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellations (Prior to Shipment)
Orders may be canceled within fourteen (21) calendar days of the order date provided the Product has not shipped. After fourteen (21) calendar days order is subject to a cancelation fee.
Approved pre-shipment cancellations will receive a refund of the purchase price less any applicable credit card, merchant processing, transaction, or cancelation fees.
Once a Product has shipped, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation and is subject to the return terms below.

2. Returns After Shipment
Approved returns are subject to a minimum of thirty percent (30%) restocking fee.
To qualify for return:
• A written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested and issued by Napa Technology prior to shipment of the return.
• The returned Product must be received by Napa Technology within fourteen (14) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier.
• The Product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• All components, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to Customer at Customer’s expense.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
WineGas™ Argon gas purchases;
Products that have been installed, hardwired, mounted, altered, modified, used, or damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect;
Products returned without original packaging;
Products damaged during return shipment due to inadequate packaging;
Returns received more than fourteen (21) calendar days after confirmed delivery.
No refunds will be issued for shipping fees, merchant fees, cancellation fees, or other transaction-related costs such as installations or logistical fees.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Customer is responsible for:
• All return shipping costs.
• Proper packaging of the Product.
• Risk of loss or damage during return transit.
Refunds will not be issued for Products lost or damaged during return shipment.

5. Shipping Damage Claims
Any shipping damage must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claim.
